Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and we will accept returns on most items *( see below for exceptions), if they are returned within 30 days from shipped date (see exceptions and policy below).

After 30 days where applicable the product manufacturer warranties will be in effect in the event of a product defect. See product info for warranty information.

Returns - If within 30 days (from shipping) you are not satisfied, please contact us (1-800-522-6294, during our office hours) to receive a Return Authorization Prior to returning the item.

You can also complete the Request Return form below to initiate a return authorization.

The return Authorization will be valid for 10 days, Sorry but no returns can be accepted after 30 days. We strongly suggest that items are returned to us via a trackable form of shipping (UPS, Fed Ex) in new, unused, resalable condition-containing all of the manufacturers' original packaging, accessories, warranties, instruction manuals, etc. (in new unused and unmarked condition). As a precaution we suggest that you also purchase shipping insurance - because we cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for damages or loss, incurred during the return of a shipment. Contact your shipper ( UPS, FED EX, etc. ) to find out how to properly pack and protect the item being returned.

Once received, reviewed / approved you will be issued a refund less the shipping and handling charges for the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any return shipping expenses or charges that might be incurred.

Defective / Shortage - you must notify us immediately of any defect or shortage, (within 72 hours). For a defective item you will be given return instructions. Once we have received the damaged item back from you, and it has been processed, we will then ship a new unit. It is important that you hold and do not discard any packaging or contents (outer carton with packing tape, as well as all contents ) in the event that the UPS requires an inspection.

*Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on the following for sanitary, health, and safety reasons; commodes, toilet, bath or shower items, injection aids, thermometers, urinals, briefs, incontinent products, cushions, pillows, massagers, supports, medical and diagnostic aids, test strips, glucose meters, and any other item that comes into direct contact with the body or bodily fluids. In addition we cannot accept returns on books, videotapes, DVD's, computer products, software, used items, and special order and custom order items.

Please Note: Items returned to us due to order refusal, or incorrect address.

If an order is returned due to order refusal, or due to an undeliverable or incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or due to address changes after item has shipped, or due to a missed signature required delivery. In this case the purchaser will be responsible for both the original and return shipping expenses incurred, plus 15% restocking fee.
