Quick-set Infusion Set- Tubing 23in- Cannula 9mm

Features a 90-degree insertion angle, an at-site disconnect, an insertion device, and a soft, tapered cannula. The Quick-set infusion set for 400/50X model insulin pumps (includes 407C, 504, 506, 507, 507C, and 508 model Medtronic Diabetes pumps) and the Paradigm family of insulin pumps offer the convenience of self-adhesive (no overtaping) and is available in two tubing lengths and two cannula lengths. The 6 mm length cannula is most suitable for lean individuals. The 9 mm cannula is recommended for everyone else. The Safe Needle Disposal System of the Quick-set helps prevent "accidental stickings" when disposing of the introducer needle in a sharps container. The Quick-set works with the Quick-serter to provide optimal insertion every time! Caution: U.S. law restricts this device to sale by, or on the order of a physician.

MaxiAids Restocking Fee Policy
Due to manufacturer requirements and restrictions, MaxiAids has outlined the following restocking fee policy for certain items as follows:

- There is a 20% restocking fee for items that are being returned by the customer
- In addition to 20% restocking fee, the product may have to be returned to the manufacturer at the customers expense
- Customer order may not be older than 30 days
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition

If items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons, they cannot be returned under any circumstances if the product was opened or unsealed. If the product was not opened, then the item may be able to be returned based on the terms and conditions outlined in the above Restocking Fee Policy.
