Hand Gym Exercise Unit

The Hand Gym Exercise Unit helps improve hand strength, dexterity, and range of motion. Designed to help people with arthritis, partial paralysis, Multiple Sclerosis, CVA, spinal cord injuries, or people recovering from hand surgery to improve their range of motion.

This clinically tested therapeutic hand exerciser uses isometric and resistive movements while the hand is positioned for optimal functioning. Finger joints can be exercised individually or together. To reduce the pain some people may experience due to stretching, the exercises can be done with the hands and the Hand Gym Exercise Unit immersed in warm water.

Measures 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 7 1/2" (14 x 17 x 19 cm) and weighs 12 oz. (.34 kg). Instruction booklet with illustrations included. 1-year warranty.

Replacement Kit includes five 1/4"(.64 cm) rods with caps, two large foam cushions, six small foam cushions, two rubber bands (made of pure natural rubber).
