The versatile Index Everest-D V4 Brailler embosses high quality double-sided Braille on copy paper, plastic or thin metal. It's ideal for producing magazines in normal or newspaper format, labels and Braille business cards.

The Everest-D offers superior speed and reliable paper handling for hassle-free operation. Plus, with printed and Braille markings on the control panel, as well as speech guidance, it is easy to operate and accessible to blind users. It's the top seller for those who prefer to print Braille onto individual sheets rather than continuous fan-fold paper.

Embossed sheets come out ready to go, eliminating the need to separate sheets or tear off the 'tractor' paper edges, as is necessary with the fan-fold paper required by traditional Braille embossers. Being able to use standard card-quality papers helps you reduce paper costs compared to tractor fed Braille paper.

The sheet feeder holds fifty sheets of paper, so the Everest-D can emboss for more than half an hour before refilling is required. It can safely handle most types of paper - from copy paper to card stock. Page width is set by locking margin guides, while page length is set by automatic sensing of a reference page.
