This revolutionary new portable AM/FM and LONGWAVE/SHORTWAVE TALKING clock radio has been designed specifically for the visually impaired. Not only are all functions spoken in a clear, male voice, there are also large controls in an easy-to-see bright yellow color. Store up to 80 stations accross the four wave bands, 20 to each band. If you wish you can even record station names in your own voice. This enables you to tune in to saved stations by listening to the names you've recorded. The unit is supplied with an adjustable/removable strap and a protective cover that prevents accidental changing of settings. A set of cables is available separately to enable the radio to control a recorder if required. Setting the alarm and clock, as well as tuning the radio, are simple operations, explained step-by-step in the large-type instructions manual.
