Return Policy / Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form

Important Return Policy

Please call prior to returning items for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA may be rejected or if accepted, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Item, manufacturer packaging, instructions, warranty paperwork and/or accessories must be returned in new condition.

Most products purchased may be returned within 60 DAYS from date of shipment. Talking products have a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise indicated. After 60 days you must contact the manufacturer directly.

If a product is defective or damaged, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). We will give you an RMA number and shipping instructions. We will send a replacement or return your undamaged product. We reserve the right to refuse credit if product returned has been abused or misused and not in resalable condition. It is then the customer’s obligation to arrange shipment back at his or her own expense. If we are not contacted within 60 days, item may be discarded and no credit will be issued.

VIDEO TAPES, BOOKS, COMPUTER PRODUCTS, NOVELTY ITEMS, MEDICAL, HYGIENIC OR DIAGNOSTIC AIDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
