Click on (+) symbol (lower right corner area of browser, next to 100% )
to increase size for better visibility of images and text, or use Ctrl - (+)(-) keys

*note - Click on Small 'Down' Arrow to select more customized settings

Click on View >> Text Size (Set on Desired Size) (Largest)
Click on Tools >> Internet Options >> General (First Tab) >> Accessibility >> Check (Ignore Font... Boxes)
