What to do if Your Recipient Hasn’t Received Their Gift Certificate

Due to some high-restriction spam filters, there is a chance that your recipient may not know that he or she has received the gift certificate. If you know that your recipient has not received his or her gift certificate you may send a duplicate gift certificate. Any replacement gift certificate(s) that is sent multiple times will carry the same authorization code as the original, so duplicate uses are not possible and this feature is only allowed ONE time per day. Prior to attempting to resend the gift certificate to your recipient, confirm that they have adjusted their spam filters to accept email from our website.
Sign in to your account. Click on your order to view it. In the Item Number, you will find the word “EGIFT” underscored to indicate a clickable link. Click that link to view the gift certificate. On the certificate, you’ll find a button marked “RESEND.” Clicking that will send another email gift certificate to your recipient. If you and your recipient continue to experience problems, please contact us for further assistance.
