The battery charger that talks to you The Turbo 4 Talking Battery Charger features speech output that guides you through the battery charging process. The charger will: a) let you know if there are batteries in any of the four charging slots b) tell you the charging status, and c) alert you when charging is completed. These audible functions can be heard at the touch of a button, or can be set to sound automatically. Works with rechargeable AA and AAA size batteries.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
The Turbo 4 enables the charging of rechargeable NiCD (Nickel-Cadmium), NiMH (Nickel-Metal-Hydride) or RAM (Rechargeable-Alkaline-Managanese) Type AA and AAA batteries. Each channel is monitored separately, therefore batteries can be charged in any combination of sizes and chemistry at the same time.

LED displays show the charging status of every channel. At the press of a button, the status of the charging process is also announced in clear voice. If desired, an automatic confirmation can be activated. The end of the charging process will then be announced automatically. Once the charging ends, the battery is kept in float charge mode. This guarantees an optimal saturation of the electrodes and thus maximum power and makes overcharging impossible.

The innovative microcontroller automatically identifies the type of battery as well as defective batteries. Turbo will provide your rechargeable batteries with long-lasting power over a long life span. The microcontroller adjusts the charging process, charging duration and intensity to the quality and state of health of every single battery. Turbo therefore guarantees that optimal charging is achieved. Due to this new technology, there no longer is any need to discharge the batteries before charging
