It has a T4 rating (the best possible rating), meaning the Jitterbug J has the least possible interference for T-Coil hearing aid wearers.

With the built-in speakerphone, you can enjoy hands-free conversations. The Voice Dial feature allows you to call any number stored in your cell phone by voice. Call Waiting lets you know a call is coming in and allows you to answer it. Plus, it's Bluetooth and caller ID enabled.
