The Answer is simply the most sophisticated voice-activated answering machine available. Easy to install. Plug the device in using the supplied modular cord and then connect your phone. A soothing chime sound plays and is followed by a clear female voice. Any time you wish to activate the machine, just say "Answering Machine."

Performs the following voice-activated, hands-free functions: play new, play old, tell time, record a memo, set volume level, system setup, screening mode, rings count (1-9 rings), announcement recording, alert, remote access to messages, and activation of the unit from a remote location by voice as if you were home.

If the unit is unplugged or power goes out, all stored messages and settings are retained, however the clock will have to be set again. Holds approximately thirty 60-second long messages. The Answer is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
