Be the first player to travel 1,000 miles to win this classic family card game. Play distance cards and speed towards the finish line. Put the brakes on your opponent with nasty hazards - and beware as they try to do the same to you! In this accessible version, the cards have Braille markings, so that the Blind and visually impaired can join the fun!

Mille Bornes is played with a special deck of cards. There are hazard, remedy, safety, and distance cards. Each hazard (ex. flat tire, accident, out of gas) can be corrected by a corresponding remedy, and can actually be prevented from happening in the first place by a corresponding safety. Add up the distance cards you play as the game progresses, and the first player or team to reach 1,000 miles wins! (Note: Instructions for rule variations are included.)
