I bought one of these for my Mother who was losing sight due to glaucoma, and she loved it. Now it's years later and I have eye problems and decided to send for the same one. I can hear it from another room when it's counting down, and I love the options of alarms, I chose the car horn it's easiest for me to hear. It's easy to use and speaks the mins and seconds as you press the buttons. It's a great little gadget.
